About the Recipe

Have you ever wanted lasagna for dinner, but didn't have two hours to prepare it? Well this is the answer! An easy 30-minute meal using Rana ravioli and some simple ingredients you probably already have in your refrigerator.

To make it even more "lasagna" like, add some ricotta cheese and a meat sauce. The possibilities are endless for you to #DacusItUp this recipe and make it your own.

Ingredients

  • 1, 10 oz. bag of Rana Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated - about 2 cups

  • 1 cup pasta sauce

  • 4 oz mushrooms, chopped

  • Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Dried oregano

  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 F.


Step 2

Chop mushrooms and grate mozzarella cheese.


Step 3

Fill a large sauce pan with water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and bring to a boil.


Step 4

Add ravioli and boil for 1 minute, then drain.


Step 5

Cover the bottom of a 6" x 9" (1 quart) baking dish with a thin layer of pasta sauce.


Step 6

Put a layer of ravioli on the bottom (8 ravioli) , add half of the pasta sauce. Layer the mushrooms and 1 cup of cheese. Then layer the remaining ravioli, pasta sauce, and mozzarella cheese.


Step 7

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. You want the cheese to be bubbly and slightly browned on top.


Step 8

Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh oregano.
