What is 'Dacus it up'?
This is when you add your own special flare to a recipe or boxed recipes. Add a little of this and a little of that to make it your own!

You don't need to be a trained chef to create beautifully tasty meals in YOUR kitchen! Most of my recipes are fairly simple that you can recreate in any kitchen.

Fresh Chanterelles sauteed in bacon...what could be better? Silky smooth with a woodsy bacon flavor. These can be eaten as an appetizer, side dish, or used as a topper on hamburgers or chicken. The uses are unlimited.

My version of the Juicy Lucy Burger...but with ground venison and blue cheese. Add in some sautéed onions and mushrooms and you have yourself the Blue Lucy!
Serves 4
Simple and quick smoke for a very tasty venison roast. This is one for your friends that "don't like deer meat!" Be sure not to over cook it...140F is perfection.
